Our decision to become Passive House Builders was rooted in a deep-seated belief that sustainability and comfort should go hand in hand. We were captivated by the idea of creating spaces that not only offer a sanctuary from the elements but also leave a minimal ecological footprint.
We always wanted more; we wanted to be sustainable but never knew what that looked like until we underwent training to become a passive house builders. We are now proud to call ourselves one of the experts in this field as we have completed three passive house projects in Melbourne and have a number of others on the horizon.
For us, passive house ensures all of our work is checked and verified, so we know for a fact that your home is a healthy place to be and extremely durable.
We don’t do this because we think it’s cool, and because it’s the hot new thing on the block. We are early adopters and live and breathe this. High performance is the champion on any one of our projects as we are dedicated to building homes that nurture the physical and mental well-being of the occupants.
We have now found out what it means to be a true sustainable builder, and are proud to say that we are part of the proactive change to building healthier better homes!

All homes are different. They come in different shapes and sizes, but they should all be a place where you feel comfortable and safe. We believe all homes should be built to the highest standard where the health of their occupants is put before everything else. They should be high-performing but also require little energy to run. A home should be built to last, future-proofed, personal and designed to cater to the individuals living there.
As builders in the inner west of Melbourne, we are looking to flip the building industry on its head. We have also recently extended our range to build homes in the Macedon Rangers and Gisborne area.
