HOPE ST 2.0

This home was in desperate need for an update. It was clad in old asbestos sheeting and was falling apart. We decided to change things and create the dream home. The design was based around providing a family home where a master bedroom was built upstairs to get away from the noisey kids! The pitched roof with exposed rafters gave the back living room a huge sense of space and was the centerpiece of the house.  This house had it all - on trend kitchen and bathrooms, butler's pantry, large bedrooms and a great deck for entertaining. Hydronic heating was used to provide warmth during the colder months. From the outside - a corner steel window and matte black standing seam cladding made everyone who walked past it, look up.  This cladding is very low maintenance and will require no upkeep in the future.
