Final Touch

Most clients make the job run a litter easier, but having amazing clients just makes it that little bit more special and why we loved this job so much.  This house was around 100 years old before we came in.  A tiny old workers cottage in the heart of Kensington was extended to accommodate a growing family.  If this job was already hard enough we had to contend with the limited access, no storage and narrow streets.  The design of this building was to be extended to all four walls of the boundary.  To make it even harder, we had to go up! This job was challenging and exciting at the same time.  The extension made the most of the tiny space.  A stunning kitchen that the house was centred around but stairs made from solid Blackbutt which was the star of the house.
