The people behind the homes
We're builders who fell in love with building science, and we'd love for you to get to know us before we start building together.
Not your typical builder
We're a Footscray based team that has built nothing but high performance and certified Passive House homes since 2019, and our founder Matt Carland lives in one with his family.
Our story
Exciting, not terrifying
From the first coffee to the day you get the keys, we get everyone in the room early, meet with you on site every fortnight and photograph every layer, so there are no nasty surprises.
See how we work
Think of it as a thermos
Wrapped in insulation, sealed up tight and breathing fresh filtered air, a Passive House stays comfortable all year with barely any heating or cooling.
